2010 Griswold Soccer Fall Player Registration

Online Registration at

http://www.bluesombrero.com/griswoldsoccer Blue Sombrero offers an easy online registration process. Payment of fees can now be made by credit card online or check. Please contact the registrar at gscregistrar@sbcglobal.net if you need the family discount coupon for three or more children when registering online.

Online registration is HIGHLY recommended but in person registration for the Fall program will be held on the following dates:

Cost:

Travel $75 per player, Rec $60 for 1st child, $55 for 2nd child & $45 for each additional child

May 15th	9 a.m. - 1 p.m.	Constitution Field Voluntown
May 29th	11 a.m. 5 p.m.	Youthtopia, Veterans Memorial Park in Jewett City
June 9th	5:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m.	Lisbon Meadows Soccer Field

Note: Registration forms may be mailed to the Griswold Soccer Club address listed above. The 2010 Registration form can be found on the Documents page under the Registration forms section. Birth Certificates will be needed for all new players that did not play in the 2009 season. A late fee of $15 will be charged for registrations received after June 12th.
